Telemarketing Representative (Call Centre)

 Contract Duration: 12 months (renewable)

 Working Location: Changi Business Park (Expo MRT Station)

 Working Hours: Monday – Friday, standard business hours

 Salary: $2,050 (basic) + commission (uncapped)

Responsibilities:

• To promote banking facilities such as PayAll/credit cards

• Ability to identify customers’ needs and present the right card/products based on identified customers’ needs

• To manage and improve personal performance to ensure sales target set by business unit is achieved

• To assist and follow up on customer’s applications and other relevant requirements

• To provide good customer service by handling pre and post sales enquires

Requirements:

• GCE N Levels and above

• Passion for sales and able to work well in a team

• Minimum 2 years experience in sales will be preferred
