Telemarketing Representative (Fixed Basic + Commission)

• Contract Duration: 12 months (renewable)
• Working Location: Changi Business Park (Expo MRT Station)
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, standard business hours
• Salary: $2,080 (basic) + commission (uncapped)

Responsibilities:

• Manage and improve personal performance to ensure individual target set by business unit is fulfilled
• Promote bank facilities such as credit cards and personal loans via telemarketing
• Provide good customer service by handling pre and post sales enquires
• Follow up on income documents and other relevant requirements

Requirements:

• GCE N Levels and above
• Passion for sales and able to work well in a team
• Minimum 2 years experience in sales will be preferred
