Cleaning & Maintenance Technician / Installer

We are looking for motivated and driven individuals to help take care of facilities and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English – reading, writing and speaking 
• Demonstrate the aptitude or competence for assigned responsibilities
• Physically fit – the role requires walking, lifting, bending and other physical abilities
• Computer literacy advantageous
• Good communication skills
• Good organizational skills
• Honest and reliable
• Takes initiative and be proactive
• Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery

Job Scope & Responsibilities:

• Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas
• Perform daily maintenance activities
• Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
• Notify supervisors of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Make adjustments and minor repairs
• Stock and maintain warehouse
• Cooperate and work well with teams
