Assistant Manager / Manager (Electrical)

Job Description

• Lead or be part of the team to manage New or A&A projects.
• Strong in technical scope from start to end of project cycle.
• Managing the project assigned which includes plan, schedule, conduct and coordinate detailed phases of project execution
• Ensure that projects are complete on time, within budget and with highest quality
• Coordinate with personnel in other departments, client, consultant, vendors, subcontractor personnel to review designs, prepare and execute recovery plans speedily
• Assist Project Manager / Director in the administration of contract, claims disputes, variation and final accounts
• Provide on the job training for new project staff as well monitoring their performance and provide guidance during work execution
• Submit regular management reports on the progress of the timelines and targets
• Responsible for safety compliance on the project assigned and ensure all activities carried out complied with MOM WSHA
• Experienced in A&A electrical projects and / new built will have an advantage.

Requirements

• Singaporeans or SPR only.
• Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Electrical) or equivalent
• 8 - 15 years of relevant experience with knowledge in M&E Services (ACMV, Electrical, plumbing/ sanitary services, fire protection)
• At least 5 years of managerial role.
