Architectural Coordinator (Building / Construction)

✅ Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 6:30pm & Saturday: 8:00am – 1:00pm

Your Role

As an Architectural Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating architectural works on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and working closely with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to deliver projects successfully and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Site Management

• Assist the Project Manager and Project Engineer in planning and executing structural and architectural works.
• Coordinate and manage site activities with all trades to ensure smooth project execution.
• Liaise with consultants, Resident Technical Officers (RTOs), subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Attend site inspections and coordinate project requirements with stakeholders.
• Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.

Technical Documentation & Compliance

• Prepare and submit shop drawings, material submissions, method statements (MOS), and related project documentation.
• Review and verify shop drawings submitted by subcontractors.
• Conduct inspections, trade demonstrations, mock-ups, material testing, and quality checks.
• Ensure compliance with TOP requirements, architectural inspections, and project quality standards.
• Monitor and maintain proper project records and documentation.

Procurement & Project Support

• Procure and monitor architectural materials to support project schedules.
• Attend subcontractor meetings and coordinate project deliverables.
• Support contract administration and other project management activities.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification.
• 3 years of experience in building or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of architectural coordination, construction drawings, and site management.
• Familiar with submission processes, inspections, and project documentation.
