M&E Coordinator/Engineer

Job Description
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, MicroStation
Preferably Manager specialized in Engineering - Electrical or equivalent.
Ability to coordinate and communicate with relevant project & BIM personnel to execute work
Independent, resulted-oriented and self-driven team player with good communication skills.
Preferably Executive specialized in Engineering - Mechanical or equivalent.
Experience in BIM model development & coordination will be advantage.
Lead or assist for the various project co-ordination of CCSM BIM Coordination for the company
Attends external project meetings, meetings with consultants as well as technical and co-ordination meetings, daily project meetings and internal project closure meeting when required
Assists Manager in carrying out all CCSM shop drawings and submission with BIM Department.
Ensures the timely preparation of BIM/VDC project progress and other reports related to M&E and CCSM model coordination.
Follows up on all aspects of BIM model QA/QC matters and ensure proper documentation.
Asist to planning, scheduling and coordination of CCSM
Reviewing M&E shop drawing, project supervision and documentation submission for approval.
Checks discrepancies between project drawings and technical specification such as project delivery, development of discipline specific engineering calculations, carry out modelling duties, co-ordinate with modelling teams and ensure full integration of modelling information with other disciplines.
Review project specifications and technical clarifications and liaise with client/project team.
Coordinate with Engineers and Architects, and perform model development, review including manage and liaise with M&E subcontractor, planning and supervising on M&E model development & coordination progress on schedule and co-ordination of M&E works such as such as ACMV, Electrical, Plumbing and Sanitary etc.
Any other duties as assigned
