Job Description & Requirements

• Performs all MEP services coordination with sub contractors and supervision works according to drawings, specifications
• Work on M&E Drawings and coordinate M&E works with the consultants and subcontractors
• Supervise and coordinate M&E services work closely with other department staff to meet the project timelines

• Ensure safety compliance, quality control of materials/ equipment on site
• Liaise with stakeholders and carry out inspections with RE & RTO

• Record and ensure proper documentation

• Any other duties as assigned


Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical or equivalent 
Knowledge of MEP services
• Familiar with code of practice

• ACMV & Fire Protection Knowledge will be an Advantage.
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience
• Applicants should have certification in Supervise Construction Work for WSH (formerly known as BCSS)
• Team player with the ability to work independently as well as in a team
