Job Description - Project Manager

Job Scopes
1.  Overall project planning, schedule and executing the delivery of projects within time, budget and meet client's expectations
2.  Monitor progress and identifying critical activities to expedite smooth progress of works onsite
3.  Ensure that works are executed in accordance with approved plans/drawings and in accordance with contract specifictions
4.  Responsible for all construction site matters including safety and other compliance matters
5.  Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements
1.  Good working attitude, committed and ability to meet tight schedules
2.  Solid organization skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
3.  Excellent spoken and written communication skills
4.  Minimum 2 years of working experience in Project Management in Building Facade Works
5.  Diploma/Degree in Building Construction Engineering/Engineering (Civil) and or related fields
6.  Knowledge in MS Project
