Project Manager(Structure)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Structural Manager to lead and oversee structural engineering aspects of our projects. This role is responsible for ensuring the integrity, safety, and efficiency of structural designs, while coordinating closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage structural design and analysis for projects from concept through completion

Review and approve engineering drawings, calculations, and technical documentation

Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations

Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members

Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, identifying risks and implementing solutions

Conduct site inspections and resolve structural issues as they arise

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in structural engineering, with leadershipresponsibilities

Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent certification preferred

Strong knowledge of structural analysis software and design tools

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
