Job Description - Quantity Surveyor

Must have working experience as a Quantity Surveyor for ACMV or Builder projects in Singapore
Work in conjunction and assist the tender department in the preparation and documentation of tender submission
Manage resolution of contractual claims of a wide variety of projects from pre-tender to post-contract stages
Evaluate tenders/cost, manage contracts and advise project team in contractual matters
Liaise closely with main contractor and client’s QS in regard to claim procedure and contract administration
Site verifications of variations and taking records for submissions of claims
Prepare and review with all Project
Manage on all commercial aspects of contracts including Agreement with Clients and Subcontractor
Read tender document & drawings for BO
Establish good relationship with supplier for value-for-money pricing
Establish good relationship with main contractor QS for insightful information
Attend site briefing during pre-tender & tender interview during post tender
Other duties (when required)
