Sales Manager (Integrated Security & ELV Solutions)

The Opportunity

We are looking for a commercially driven Sales Manager to grow new business opportunities and strengthen key customer relationships across Singapore.

This is a role suited for someone who understands technical solution selling, project environments, and long-term account development within security systems, Extra Low-Voltage(ELV), or infrastructure-related industries.

You will work closely with management, engineers, and operations teams to develop practical, compliant, and buildable solutions for customers operating in critical environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and grow customer relationships across healthcare, commercial, and institutional sectors
• Drive opportunities from engagement through quotation, tender, negotiation, and award
• Work with internal teams to develop practical security and ELV solutions
• Identify new business, upgrade, and maintenance opportunities

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in security systems, ELV, technical project sales, or related industries
• Proven experience in business development, tender submissions, quotations, and commercial negotiations. Strong communication, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience working in hospitals, healthcare facilities, or other live operational environments will be an advantage
• Familiarity with CCTV, access control, intercom, alarm, or integrated security systems preferred
• Applicants should currently reside in Singapore. Preference will be given to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents.
