Senior Quantity Surveyor

A) Administration of Subcontract Works

- Claims 

- Variation Orders 

- Measurement of Works 

- Correspondences 

- Preparation of subcontracts / documents 

- Calling of quotations 

- Evaluation of quotation report and putting recommendations for approval 

- Attend meetings 

- Final account settlement 

B) Administration of Main Contractor Works 

- Submission of variation order to clients 

- Submission of potential variation orders 

- Correspondences and meetings on variation orders 

- Assist in new tenders 

C) Other Requirements 

- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and adhere to tight datelines 

- Possess excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills 

- Knowledge of  Microsoft office 

- LTA project experience will be an advantage
