SITE ENGINEER

We are seeking a qualified Site Engineer to oversee and coordinate the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of industrial machinery and mechanical engineering systems at project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise installation, alignment, testing, and commissioning of industrial machinery and mechanical equipment.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor site progress and ensure works are completed according to project specifications, drawings, and schedules.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with safety and engineering standards.
• Prepare technical reports, progress updates, method statements, and project documentation.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide engineering solutions during installation and commissioning stages.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company safety procedures.
• Attend project meetings and coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in industrial machinery installation, mechanical engineering, or construction projects.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems, pumps, compressors, conveyors, piping, and industrial equipment.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project documents.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and project coordination skills.
• Familiarity with workplace safety requirements and site management practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and engineering-related software.
• Willing to work at project sites and manage multiple project activities.
