Site Manager

Responsibilities:
Site management which includes planning, supervising, controlling and co-ordinating project.
Ensure timely requisition of resources (e.g. labour, materials, equipment etc.) & to resolve all site issues in appropriate order.
Building/Facilities inspections, Building/Facilities servicing and maintenance, Cleaning services.
Managing and monitoring subcontractors’ work progress. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the contract documents (drawings and specifications), phasing plans, civil, structural, and architectural systems interrelationships, construction sequencing and project schedule. Landscaping and Horticultural services requirements.
Ensuring quality of works is achieved and safety regulations are complied with, schedule to complete on time, site organization and workforce management.
Assist QS in measuring work done.
Ability to oversea the entire process and knowledge in project management relating to all operational and administration procedures.

Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent or Degree in Civil / Structural or Building 5 years in construction site experience in Singapore.
Preferably completed relevant SAFETY courses (required by MOM).
Certificate in Construction Safety Course for Project Manager (CSCPM).
Certificate in BizSafe Level 2: Develop a Risk Management Implementation Plan.
Certificate in Managing Work At Height.
Ability to multi-task and work independently.
Good working attitude, able to work under pressure.
