Job Description & Job Scope:

• Handle phone calls, take customer orders and address customers' enquiries and issues
• Send out delivery orders to drivers with speed and accuracy
• Administrative work (keeping proper customer records)
• **Need to be bilingual in Chinese and English
• Casual and friendly environment (informal attire)
• 6 Days work week (some days 6 working hours, some 12 working hours)
• MEALS PROVIDED!
