Job Description - Concierge / Contact Center Executives (Burmese speaker)

Fluent spoken and written Burmese essential (Myanmar clientele)
Spoken and Written English
Work from home.
Must have personal computer (laptop/desktop) and own communications device (headset with microphone) and WI-FI connection.
24/7 Contact Center and Concierge service
Able to work Shifts
Experience in the Hospitality Industry would be ideal
Minimum Diploma or at least 3 years experience in Hotel Reservations
Computer Savvy (Microsoft Office and quick to adapt our Propriety Software Platform )
Excellent phone etiquette is essential
Team Player is essential
Report to Operations Manager / Team Leader.
14 days Annual Leave upon completion of Probation period.
