Job Description - Customer Relations Officer

STRIP is Singapore's first dedicated waxing studio to specialise in waxing treatments (most notably the Brazilian and Boyzilian), Advanced Fluorescence Technology (AFT) hair removal as well as our specially formulated waxes and pre-waxing and post-waxing care products. Widely regarded as the Global Authority on Hair Removal, we have since grown and are keeping things smooth in 9 cities worldwide.

Basic ($1600 - $1800) + commission
Beauty and F&B perks
5 days work week

Responsibilities:

Attending to Front Desk and Call Enquiries
Booking of Appointments and managing therapists schedules
Introduction of promotions, packages and services
Billing and managing customer relations

Requirements:

Self-motivated and energetic individual
No experience individuals are welcomed
Prior experience in customer service line is an advantage
