Customer Service Advisor / Senior Advisor (Retail)

Job Description

• To interact and provide personalized service to customers’ walk-in/phone-in enquiries or via emails 
  
• Perform Sales and Operational duties
• To Operate POS/NETs/Credit Card machines
• Replenish and Upkeep of products
• Undertake General Housekeeping
• Any other work-related assignments assigned by Store In-Charge

Requirements

• Minimum GCE N/O Level
• Retail experience, especially in Healthcare industry would be an added advantage
• Able to work Retail Hours and must be able to work on weekends and PH
• Good customer service skills with pleasant personality and a strong sense of responsibility
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications will be an advantage
• Able to converse in both English and Mandarin with customers
• Salary will commensurate with Qualification and Experience
