We are hiring for both clinics at Jurong East and East Coast!

• Provide quality customer service to patients ✅
• Handle enquiries, changing of appointments etc. ✅
• Perform the clinic's daily operation ✅
• Maintain clinic cleanliness ✅
• Inventory ✅
• Use of software✅
• Payments ✅
• Dispensing of herbs ✅
• Sales of Packages (with Commission!) ✅

✴️ Requirements ✴️

•  Bilingual proficiency (English, Mandarin) and Basic computer knowledge
• Experience in customer service and sales strongly preferred
• Confident, able to work independently and a good team player
• Flexible to work longer hours if patients require after-hours care
