THE ROLE
As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for handling large and complex volumes of customer enquiries worldwide via email (80%), live-chat and over the phone. You will be a self-starter by acquiring multiple product knowledge and working with internal departments and overseas logistics partners to resolve issues independently.
