Customer Service Coordinator (West/up to $2.5k)

Job Description

Our client, a well-known Japanese chemicals company is looking for candidates for the Customer Service Coordinator.


  • Update customer inventory report if required by customer
  • Receive customer forecast and plan for buffer inventory
  • Receive customer PO ad generate sales order
  • Generate delivery order and invoice to customers
  • Communicate and follow up with customer orders / request
  • Maintain proper documents filling and housekeeping
  • Handle customer documents for export shipment etc-issue billing, packing list and shipping invoice
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Liaise and coordinate with logistics for goods picking, packing and labelling
  • Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned


  • Min NITEC in any discipline or its equivalent
  • Good in Microsoft Excel
  • Good customer service and communication skills
