Customer Service Executive

Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Manager, the Customer Service Executive will provide excellent service via emails and phone to meet the company’s business goals.  

Job Responsibilities

• Handle engagement with customers over phone calls and emails.
• Resolve customer service-related issues efficiently and effectively, using established procedures/methods.
• Deliver excellent customer service experiences, assist in enquiries, preparation of quotations in a timely and professional manner.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless responses to and follow-up with customers.
• Contribute ideas to better serve customers and improve efficiency and productivity.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organisational skills.
• A strong team player with positive work attitude and committed to work duties.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good writing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Diploma with minimum of 2 years’ relevant work experience. Fresh diploma graduates may apply.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and spoken Mandarin.
• Willing to broaden and develop individual's skill sets and competencies to align with organisation's goals to adapt to transitions and disruptions.
