Job Description

Customer Service Executive (Order Processing/SAP/Manufacturing)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for order processing
  • Perform order entry or validate orders entered by remote Customer Service colleagues
  • Liaise with various departments such as Planning, Production, Warehouse, QC, Shipping and Regulatory to ensure timely production and dispatch of goods to customers based on First Confirmed Dates, thus meeting Supply Chain’s KPIs
  • Solicit and update monthly forecast figures from customers to enable effective raw material planning
  • Log-in customer complaints into Q-Notification (Complaint System) and assist Complaint Team in getting complaint samples, information on storage conditions, end application etc to aid investigation
  • Coordinate goods return or product recall if required

Requirements:

  • Min Diploma/Degree with minimum of 3 years of working experience in customer service, preferably in manufacturing sector
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Effective cross-functional team member with good conflict resolution skills
  • Customer focused and results driven
  • Proficiency in MS office and SAP
