Customer Service Officer

Scan Global Logistics is a global market leader for Logistics & Supply Chain solutions. The client offer a complete range of transport and logistics ranging standardized logistics operations and multi-modal transport solutions. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Support customer facing organization (Key Account / Field Sales by; 

• Preparing quotations and contracts ( including rate proposals and proposal writing) 
• Supporting the customer contract by preparing customer documents 
• Supporting the customer planning and implementation process  
• Coordinate Shipments Arrangement with Operation team to ensure smooth flow 
• Preparing business reviews 
• Preparing Sales reports eg Sales index reports including revenue development, chum rates, hi rates, pipeline size etc by customers. 

Management of partners' performance 

REQUIREMENTS

• Broad understanding of the Freight forwarding and Domestic transportation  (Training will be provided for no experience)
• Ability to handle multiple priorities 
• Ability to work effectively, independently and in a Team environment 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Experience with MS Office eg. Outlook, CRM tools  (training will be provided for no experience) 
• Degree / Diploma graduate preferred 

LOCATION: TUAS 

WORKING HOUR: 9am - 6pm (Mon to Fri)
