(JOC) Call Centre Assistant Manager - $5500

• Basic UP $5500 (W Exp) + AWS + VB
• 5 Days (Mon – Fri), 8:30 a.m. – 5:45 p.m.
• Location: Kaki Bukit

Your Responsibilities: -

• Manage a 24-hour call center with the support of call center executives and remain accessible for urgent situations.
• Lead, manage, and motivate the call center team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction, productivity, and performance.
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance reviews for staff, taking disciplinary action when necessary.
• Handle escalated customer complaints, technical inquiries, and complex issues that team members cannot resolve.
• Develop, update, and implement procedures for addressing various customer inquiries, including emergencies, service requests, and product-related questions.
• Create and execute action plans to enhance performance based on data analysis, customer feedback, and team reviews.
• Collaborate with technical support and service teams to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
• Identify training or development needs within the team and coordinate with relevant sections to address them.
• Coordinate with store personnel for the issuance of spare parts.
• Maintain sufficient levels of emergency stocks and troubleshooting tools at the call center.

You will need: -

• Min. Degree in Business Administration/Communications or equivalent
• Min 2 years work exp
