Job Summary

You will manage daily operations to ensure vehicles are ready for rental or lease, including monitoring stock, conducting inspections, and preparing reports.

Responsibilities

• Monitor vehicle stock levels daily to maintain availability for rental and lease
• Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and readiness for customers
• Prepare and maintain accurate reports on vehicle status and operational activities
• Coordinate vehicle preparation to meet rental and leasing schedules efficiently
• Use computer systems to update records and track vehicle information
• Drive vehicles as needed, holding and maintaining a valid Class 3 Driving License

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess and maintain a valid Class 3 Driving License

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proficient in using computer applications to manage operational data
• Effective communication skills in spoken and written English to coordinate tasks and report status
• Only Singaporean Citizen, Permanent Resident & LTVP.
