Job Description

Lufthansa Technik is currently seeking a highly capable candidate for the position of Sales Strategy Manager for Singapore. The position falls within the Corporate Sales Division of Lufthansa Technik and is based in Singapore. The Sales Strategy Manager supports the Vice President of Corporate Sales Asia Pacific. The candidate will be expected to:

  • Develop and support internal sales strategy processes in collaboration with APAC management team and heads of product divisions globally to strengthen business results
  • Perform market, customer and competition analysis in the APAC region
  • Identify market opportunities to establish growth potentials in the APAC region
  • Foster ongoing communications with the product divisions on market and customer needs, to optimize product offers, services and setups
  • Identify staff training needs in conjunction with the various Lufthansa Technik's products and services offered to customers 
  • Work closely with central marketing to develop internal and external communication plans; and work closely with controlling to analyse needs
  • Support, work with and challenge sales managers to push growth and strategic initiatives
  • Prepare and moderate internal meetings between top management and product divisions

Your Profile

  • University degree in Business, Marketing, Technical-related or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in sales activities, sales support or customer service, preferably in the field of aviation maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) or similar technical services
  • Existing network and knowledge of Lufthansa Technik's portfolio an advantage
  • Possess a high level of business and project management skills
  • Competent in negotiation and conflict management
  • Effective communication and analytical skills
  • Self-motivated to adapt and solve complex challenges and new ways of business
  • Able to work independently in a dynamic environment
  • Likes working with teams from multiple nationalities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office functions
  • Fluent in business Englishm both written and spoken
  • Knowledge of German language is beneficial
  • Eager to progress in his/her career and to take on further responsibilities
  • Able to travel to Germany and within the Asia-Pacific region
