Service Officers (Outdoor) x20 / Salary $1,800 - $2,000

Responsibilities: 

• Stand and greet visitors, attend to front line counter duties
• Manage and administer admission policy and system  
• Attend to collection of admission fee 
• Ensure area of responsibility is well managed and operating priorities of safety measures is well taken care of.
  
• Manage queue, crowd control and roving duties
• Assist in queries and attend to feedback  

Requirements: 

• Minimum GCE "N/O" level 
• 1-2 years of working experience as customer service/front line or in the service industry 
• Good communication skills and enjoy communication with all levels
• Energetic and able to work in an outdoor environment setting.   

 Other Information:

• Salary : $1800 - $2000
