Key Responsibilities:

1. Logistics Coordination:

• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Communicate with carriers and suppliers to track shipments and resolve any issues.

2. Inventory Control:

• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
• Assist in managing inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations.

3. Procurement Assistance:

• Support the procurement team in sourcing and purchasing materials.
• Assist in negotiating with suppliers to obtain the best terms and prices.
• AP and AR invoice entry on NetSuite.

4. Data Management:

• Update and maintain supply chain databases and systems.
• Generate and analyze reports on supply chain performance and metrics.

5. Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities to improve supply chain processes and efficiency.
• Assist in implementing new procedures and technologies to enhance operations.

Qualifications/Certification:

• Education: Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Customs authorised declarant (Optional)
• Experience:
• Previous experience in supply chain operations or logistics is preferred.

Skills:

• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and Microsoft Office Teams 365
• Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory and logistics.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
