Roles & Responsibilities

• Telesales (Inbound / Outbound Sales)
• Generate New / Renewal Sales through outbound call to customer.
• Cross Selling on all telco product & services.
• Able to achieve monthly sales & profit target .
• To maintain good relationship with customers by following up on customer need and request.
• To participate in any exhibition, roadshow from time to time.

Requirement.

• Sales background will be advantage.
• O level or Diploma.
• Self Motivation & good attitude.
• Confident speaking over telephone.
• PC literate – Microsoft office.
• Training provided.
