Temporary Visitor Relations Officer (Contract till 30 Jun 2021 - Subjected to Extension)

Job Purpose

To attentively guide visitor check-ins and check-outs and ensure all visitation protocols are complied with, in order to safeguard the well-being of residents, staff and visitors at the assigned nursing home, while facilitating a smooth and pleasant visitor experience upon arrivals and departures.

Duties

a. Welcome visitors upon their arrival.

b. Ensure all visitors are properly masked up (covering nose & mouth) throughout their visit and upon departure.

c. Tactfully guide and enforce safe distancing by visitors of at least 1 meter at all times.

d. Check and assist where necessary to ensure that visitors check-in properly using the SafeEntry system via the QR reader or their NRICs/FIN cards

e. Before visitors are allowed to proceed into the designated visiting area:

• Ensure that they have properly completed the Visitor Self Declaration form

• Take and record temperatures of visitors

• Scan NRIC/FIN cards and check in using the Visitor Management System

• Ensure visitors perform hand hygiene

f. Check and ensure that visitors check-out properly on the SafeEntry system and Visitor Management System

g. Check to ensure that the number of visitors per resident does not exceed the permitted number.

h. Discrete handling of visitor & resident information to ensure safeguard of customer privacy at all times

i. Be familiar with suite of services, amenities at the branch to be able to support the Customer Care team as service ambassador to prospective residents / NOKs.

Working Hours

6 days work week (Mon – Sun)

9.45am to 2pm and 4pm – 8pm 

Required to work during weekends, rest day will fall on a weekday.
