Class 3 Bus Driver

• To assist wheelchair user to alight / board the bus and drive them to their destination safely. 
• Applicants must hold a valid class 3 Singapore issued Driving License and LTA issued Bus Vocational License, have clean driving records and know Singapore Roads well, especially the hospital, nursing homes and etc. Must be able to use whatsapp for communication and Google Maps for navigations. Our main communication channel is whatsapp, successful applicant must be attentive to whatsapp messaging during the working hours.  
  
• Due to the nature of the job, the applicant must be very polite and patient with elderly passengers and always have their safety in mind. He/She must be capable of pushing wheelchair user up on a slope. Lastly, he/she is able to work independently with minimum supervision. 
  

A few days paid Training will be provided on how to secure the wheelchair on the bus. A daily assignment will consist of 0-10 jobs. An example is shown below. 

0815 - Jalan Tenaga > CGH

0945 - AMK > AMK 

1330 - Balam Road > SKH 

1410 - Hougang > Hougang 

1530 - AMK > AMK 

1610 - Hougang > Hougang 

Other job scopes include bulky item transfers, bicycle transfers, airport transfers and local tours. 

Vehicle can be driven home, and season parking fee will be paid by the company. This is a 6 days work-week job, and the applicant is required to work OT whenever requires.  

Salary Structure

Basic $500  

Per Trip $8-$15 

Minimum $1500 per month. No Cap on Maximum 

Able to start in 3rd Week of Jan 2021. 

Company has zero tolerance for  

1) Smoking in the vehicle 

2) Rude to the customer 

3) Late for job (not even 1 minute). Punctuality is very important in our industry 

4) Failure to surrender money collected everyday 

5) Moonlighting using the company vehicle 

All these can lead to termination on the spot.
