Graphic Designer

The French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore (FCCS) is looking for a Graphic Designer to join its Communications team. He/she is responsible for the overall design and production of the French Chamber’s online and offline communication tools: development of concept and visual identity, execution, project management, and liaison with suppliers.

Detailed Workscope:

• Digital: eDMs, visuals for the Chamber’s website and social media (ad banners, event images, icons, animations), updating of the website contents
• Print publications: Focus magazine, Annual Report, marketing flyers, trade show booklets, …
• Chamber promotion and visual identity: Corporate Guidelines document, business cards, brochures, pull-up banners, letter templates, PowerPoint templates, Chamber stationery items, promotional brochures, privilege card etc…
• Events: design of pull-up banners, invitations and on-site items + pre-event and D-day support
• Advertising/sponsorship: sales support

Requirements:

• 2-3 years graphic design experience
• Strong skills in InDesign and Photoshop; basic skills in Illustrator
• Basic knowledge of html (specifically for eDMs)
• Strong time management and project management abilities
• Ability to multitask / handle multiple simultaneous projects and requests
• Willingness to learn and proactive outlook
• Attention to detail
• Team-spiritedness and sense of humour
• Good command of English, especially written
• French a plus but not compulsory
