Overall job objectives

Responsible for product strategy, design and implementation

Core responsibilities

Define and implement product strategy to keep business innovative, relevant and improve customer experience

Conduct product positioning and concept design through market and customer research, collaborative ideation and consolidated requests

Manage agile product roadmap and features prioritization through business and customer research insights

Engage stakeholders in leadership, research, data and support and coordinate across teams to maintain product and strategy alignment

Coordinate go-to-market strategies when launching a new product or feature

Perform other related duties as required

Job specifications

Bachelor degree in relevant field

Having Financial Planning domain knowledge will be a plus

Relevant experience in FinTech company, especially in Financial Planning segment

Understand FinTech Innovations in Asian Market

Track record in designing skills

Strong executional and problem-solving skills

High energy, hands-on, detailed-oriented and organized

High degree of self-initiative, proactive and self-driven to drive results

Demonstrate ability to handle work professionally, independently and efficiently

Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner

Timely and accuracy in delivering outputs

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Key deliverables

Timely in launching new product and features

Well managed budget

 Achieve post product and features launch objectives
