Job Description - Student Care Facilitator

  • Must possess at least a GCE'O' level or any certificate in student care, early childhood or disability studies
  • Prior experience working with children with special needs preferred
  • Must be willing to independently work, play and manage a class of 8-10 SPED students with different needs and requiring moderate to maximum support.
  • Able to prepare lesson plans, activities and assist with interventions
  • Must be firm in approach, have a pleasant personality, patient with children and physically fit
  • Must have good observation, communication and interpersonal skills
