Training / Learning Development Manager

• Conducts annual training and development needs assessment.
• Prepare and implement learning strategies and programs.
• Review organizational development needs.
• Deploy different kinds of learning methods companywide٫ such as coaching٫ job-shadowing٫ online training and etc.
• Organize and develops training and development programs and objectives
• Monitor the success of development plans and conducts follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results.
• Collaborate with managers to develop their team members through career pathing.
• Obtains and /or develops effective training materials utilizing a variety of media.
• Trains and coaches managers, supervisors, and others involved in employee development efforts.
• Develops and maintains organizational communications to ensure employees have knowledge of training and development events and resources.
• Modifies programs as and when needed.
• Exemplifies the desired culture and philosophies of the organization.
• Works effectively as a team member with other members of management and the HR staff.

Job Requirement

• Minimum Degree in Early Childhood
• 2 years of experience in developing early childhood training programmes.
• 2 years of experience in conducting preschool teachers' developmental training.
• Familiar with WSQ courseware and framework.
• Familiar with Human Resource management.
• Excellent verbal, written communication and negotiation skills٫ with a good ability to build relations with employees - and vendors;
• Strong presentation skills.
• Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
• Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
• Ability to design and implement effective training and development.
