Business Development Manager (Data Center Cooling / HVAC)

• Position: Business Development Manager (Data Center Cooling / HVAC)
• Location: Boon Lay, Singapore
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 8.30am – 5.30pm
• Salary (commensurate on experience): Up to $5,500 Basic + Variable Bonus (Min 2 months, up to 5 months) + 16–21 Days Annual Leave + Medical
• Industry: HVAC / Data Center Cooling Solutions (MNC)

Main Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the data center sector (hyperscale, colocation, enterprise) Promote chiller, CDU and FWU cooling solutions to owners, consultants and contractors
• Build strong relationships with key accounts and manage customer expectations
• Develop sales pipelines and drive opportunities from early design stage to project award
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, service and product teams to deliver integrated solutions
• Prepare customer proposals, technical presentations and solution recommendations
• Monitor project pipeline and update forecasts in internal systems
• Ensure projects comply with quality and EHS standards

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HVAC, data center infrastructure, cooling solutions, or related technical sales environment preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
