Job Description:

- Design, implement, and maintain engineering solutions aligned with project specifications and industry standards.

- Perform system analyses and assessments to identify improvement opportunities and enhance performance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure successful project delivery and business alignment.

- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating innovations to enhance solution capabilities.

- Drive digital transformation and automation initiatives aligned with organisational objectives.

- Define project scope based on business requirements and translate needs into actionable project plans.

- Lead end-to-end execution of automation and digitalisation projects from concept to deployment.

- Manage project timelines and resources to ensure on-time delivery while maintaining quality standards.

- Prepare and present technical documentation, reports, and proposals to stakeholders and leadership.

- Coordinate and secure utilisation of workforce-related grants with relevant stakeholders.

- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers, promoting continuous learning and capability development.

- Support executive and guest visits, ensuring smooth coordination and engagement.

- Undertake additional responsibilities, including tender research and submission preparation.

Job Requirements:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.

- Experience in project management within technical or engineering environments.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.

- Adaptable and able to perform effectively in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
