Repair Process Engineer

Job Description:

• In charge of conducting and certify scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, repair, and testing of aircraft systems and components.
• Responsible for carrying out complex tasks such as engine servicing and component replacement, troubleshooting defects, and maintaining production equipment.
• In charge of performing detailed inspections of aircraft structures, landing gear, engines, and other critical systems.
• In charge of leading and supervising teams of technicians to complete maintenance tasks efficiently.
• Responsible in promoting and upholding a culture of safety among maintenance teams and ensure all activities comply with quality standards.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all maintenance activities and certifications.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with regulations from the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) and the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).

Job Requirement:

• Minimum Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in MRO industry
• Knowledge of special processes such as Weldng (TIG/EBW), Thermal Spray, Heat Treatment, Machining will be advantage
