Facilities Technician

Responsibilities:

• Attend to complaints related to Building, Mechanical or Aircon work. 

• Perform investigation and rectification works and update the Assistant Engineers.

• Perform and ensure all preventive maintenance works are carried out according to the maintenance programs and procedures.

• Carry out any ad-hoc maintenance or repair work as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec or higher Nitec in Aircon/Electrical/Mechanical/ACMV.

• Minimum 3 to 5 years in facility/building maintenance.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Hardworking and able to multi-task.
