Manufacturing Technician x 2 (Gul Road) - (RL)

• Job Responsibilities

Filling of IPA / SD25 (1000L IBC, 200L, 18L, 10L 3.2L ,1L) 

• Operate production equipment in accordance with current good manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures. e.g inspection, checklist updating, final Inspection
• Understand the filling process e.g manual / auto, OFF – ON of equipment and reacting, rectifying to alarm during process.
• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to customer specifications.
• Clean production equipment or work areas.
• Operating of lifter equipment for finished product warehouse storage.
• Transfer hazardous or non-hazardous waste materials to collection areas for disposal.

Patrol check & Control Room Recording

• Check and record data associated with operating equipment.

Process of IPA during distillation

• Start up and shut down of processing equipment.

Process of SD

• Dilution – basic calculation (CENTUM)
• Understanding of dilution process flow and valve operation.

Receiving of IPA Raw Material and Diesel

• Understanding basic flow of receiving, open /close valves, on/off pumps, N2 etc.

Others

• Understand basic flow, functions of all equipment/facilities.

Requirement

• Nitec in Chemical Process Technology or equivalent
• Certificate Competency Class 2 Boiler Attendant
• At least 1 to 2 years working experience in Manufacturing Chemical Plant /Production environment and work processes is an added advantage.

Working hours – Monday to Friday (9.00 am to 5.30 pm)
