Necessary actions in the event of deviations from the relevant KPIs are implemented in a sustainable matter.
Sustainable assurance of the agreed quality goals.
Participation in the creation and implementation of test plans for the production area to ensure a constant quality level.
Development of measures and verification of their effectiveness for eliminating errors (e.g. in the event of complaints, product and process changes).
Review of existing production documents with regards to being up-to-date, completeness and comprehensibility.
Participation in the creation of test instructions for new articles and individual products in coordination with the responsible process optimizer.
Support and supervision with regards to process changes at the production sites is ensured in consultation with the responsible process optimizer or supervisor.
Implementation and documentation of incoming goods inspections for manufactured, structurally modified or purchased articles.
Initiation of appropriate measures in the event of non-compliance with the specified test criteria.
Coordination of customer complaints with the responsible process optimizer or supervisor with the involvement of all related departments.
Qualifications
Tertiary Education in the field of electrical, mechanical engineering or production engineering.
Minimum 3-5 years experience in the related industry and management experience in a production facility.
Basic knowledge in time and motion studies, electromechanical basics and materials technology.
Strong leadership, enthusiasm, target-oriented and self-motivated.
Good in business acumen.
Fluent with computers and proficient with emailing and Windows-based applications especially in MS Excel and MS Word
Knowledge of SAP system will be an advantage
