LOOKING FOR PROJECT ENGINEER / COORDINATOR

• Have Leadership Ability
• Able to Read M&E Drawings & Manage all site activities/vendors/subcontractors
• Confident & Able To Work Under Pressure
• Able to Raise RFA & RFI in timely fashion to ensure all informations obtained and works not delayed including identifying all drawings discrepancies
• Ability to identify variation works and put forward a claim
• Ability to achieve job completion within time, budget, quality and safety
• Liaises with clients & consultants
• Propose scheduling for M&E works
• Conducts M&E Coordination Meeting with subcontractors
