Job brief
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key client relationships, and ensuring the development of the company's presence within the specified territory.
Responsibilities
A) Sales Strategy, Planning and Execution:
1) Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for his responsible area.
2) Identify market opportunities, growth areas, emerging trends to maximize sales potential; Generate new leads, pursue potential customers, and close deals.
3) Create annual and quarterly sales plans with measurable targets and objectives.
4) Meet and exceed annual sales targets and quotas.
B) Key Account Management and Business Development:
1) Identify and acquire new customers, building, establishing and maintaining a strong relationship with key clients and decision-makers.
2) Conduct regular sales visits, product presentations to potential and existing customers.
3) Address client concerns, provide solutions, and ensure high customer satisfaction, building long-term partnerships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
C) Market Research and Competitor Analysis:
1) Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
2) Identifying gaps in the market and suggest possible strategies to expand the company’s presence; reporting on market trends, customer needs, and monitoring competitors’ activities, product launches, and pricing strategies to stay ahead in the market.
D) Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
1) Provide accurate sales forecasts and regularly report on sales progress, challenges, and opportunities to management.
2) Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and potential leads in the CRM system.
