Service & Hose Crimping Engineer

Responsibilities for Service And Hose Crimping Engineer.

• Responsible for the Installation, calibrate (IQOQ), set-up and testing of WMFTG equipment
• Carry out troubleshoot, repair and service on various pump assembly at site.
• Assist in setting up South East Asia hose crimping facility (Crimping of hose / Maintenance of equipment / Quality control of hose assembly / Adherence to manufacturing protocol / Follow Safe working procedures)
• Assist in incoming/outgoing shipment.
• Assist in warehouse operations
• Attend to clients’ queries on any operational and maintenance related matters.
• Maintain detailed reports and keep records on services that have been performed
• Carry out services support request for both customer upon and sales team.
• Cabling termination for different types of electrical communication.
• Explain issues with equipment and repairs to customers
• Build up rapport with customers.
• Ability to work flexible hours when needed.
• To perform any other duties assign time to time, Eg Sales enquiry

Qualifications for Service & Hose Crimping Engineer

• Electrical/electronic background preferred
• Microsoft office skill set required.
• Must be able to read engineering drawing and diagrams
• Effective written and communication skill.
• Ability to work independently without supervision
• Driver's license required, preferred own transportation
• Forklift licence preferred but not essential
• NITEC in Electrical Engineering or higher qualification.
