Job Description & Requirements
Job Description:
1st/2nd level support to end user in trouble shooting and resolving of massager problems.
To perform installation set-up and fault sets repairing.
Onsite support
Liaise with headquarter's support team to troubleshoot issues
Standby duties (including manning hotline support calls)
Requirements:
O/A Level, ITE or diploma or degree are welcome to apply
All nationalities are welcome to apply.
Basic IT troubleshooting skills
Service oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Self-initiated & pro-active team player
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Proficient in English and Mandarin (in order to coordinate with English and Mandarin speaking customer to troubleshoot issues.)
Responsible and Resourceful
Basic Salary + Monthly Transport Allowance + Monthly Phone Call allowance + Annual Leave
