Technical Engineer (Kallang)

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation, troubleshooting and repair of Biometric devices, Fingerprint readers, Door Access Systems, Turnstile etc.
• Drilling and electrical wiring works such as laying of cables and trunking (use of ladder is required)
• Set up & configuration of Biometric/Fingerprint devices
• Setup of router with basic networking troubleshooting skill
• Provide on-site support, installation and training on all company’s hardware products at end-user's office
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Guide and advise users on appropriate action

Requirements

• Min Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Electrical Engineering, or its equivalent
• At least 2 years of working experience related in installation & repair works relating to Door Access, Turnstile, Fingerprint Readers or CCTV
• Knowledge in laying electrical cables and trunking work
• Hardworking and must be prepared for hands on work
• Must be able to work overtime when required
• Able to perform drilling / cabling / trunking and installation works using ladder
• Possess initiative, patient and able to provide good customer service
• Must possess a valid class 3 driving license OR possess own motorbike
• Able to commence work immediately or within short notice period

Working hours : Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm / 1st Saturday of the month 9am to 1pm (only 1 Saturday per month) 

Salary : Basic + Mobile allowance + Transport allowance (with own motorbike) + OT claim (after 6 pm)
