Job Description - Technical Support Engineer

Possess Diploma/Degree in Telecommunication/Electrical/Computer Science
Able to be part of the dynamic team to bring the company to the new converged market
Expertise in various products: networking products, IPBX and related applications a plus
Experience in Telecommunications related technologies and services such as wireless, 3G, VoIP, ISDN will be an advantage
Identify and resolve problems about (Mitel/Ibrato) products portfolio
Must have knowledge in IP, Internet, networking equipment
Support existing partners with technical support, training and problem resolution.
Collaborate with third-party vendors for integration testing and deployment.
