Technical Support Engineer @ Serangoon

• Diploma / Degree holder in Telecommunications/Electrical/Computer Science

• Able to be part of the dynamic team to bring the company to the new converged market

• Expertise in various products : networking products, IPBX and related applications a PLUS

• Strong analytical abilities.

• Good command of English language, knowing one or more Asian language will be an added advantage.

• Excellent communication skills. Sensitive to customer needs and good record in maintaining high SLA rating; reviews customer satisfaction trends

• Must have knowledge in IP, Internet, networking equipment

• Experience in Telecommunications related technologies and services such as wireless, 3G, VoiP, ISDN will be advantageous.

• Ability to learn and integrate new technologies in a fast-paced environment.

• Good in documentation, and keeping track documentation.

Job Description

• Identify and resolve the problems about (Mitel/Ibratro) product portfolios

• Testing of new products and releases (both HW and SW)

• Providing technical support either remotely or on-site

• Design, build and manage the deployment of Mitel/Ibratro Solutions

• Support existing partners with technical support, training and problem resolution.

• Collaborate with third-party vendors for integration testing and deployment.
