ADMIN EXECUTIVE 

Salary up to $2800

• Permanent 
• 5 Day work week
  
• Mon - Fri  (9-6pm)
  

JOB SCOPE:  

• Perform general administrative duties such as data entry and filing documents.
  
• Scheduling meetings, disseminating information and communicating with internal and external parties.
• Produce data reports, meeting minutes and presentation slides as required.
• Source for vendors and seek quotations within assigned budget.
• Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone and e-mail.
• Any other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Min A Levels/Diploma holder.
• Disciplined and meticulous
• Well-organised and have good time management 
• Ability to converse in English and Mandarin to speak with Chinese associates 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 
• Only Singaporeans.
